Patterns for casting

Since we have made patterns and cores for foundries since the early 60’s there is a deep knowledge and experience in both design and manufacturing of patterns. We are used to review complicated geometry in a critical way to, together with the customer, find the right solution for the pattern to get optimal product and manufacturing.

Manhole components, products for the automotive, offshore and process industry are some of the application areas for which we make patterns.

We make the patterns in plastic board material, aluminum or cast iron. Manufacturing is based on 3D-models that are NC-prepared before milling. We can mount the patterns on plates.

We also provide modifications and renovation of existing patterns.
